New Roof Installation
Superior Membrane Added
A high quality Permavent breathable membrane was fitted, followed by 10x38mm counter battens and 25x50mm treated tile battens to provide a robust and well ventilated structure that will give the home long-term protection.
Stylish Durable Tiles Fitted
Olde English Red tiles provided a timeless appearance and excellent weather protection. We installed GRP valleys for long-lasting performance along with a dry-fix ventilated ridge and hip system ensuring optimal airflow and BS5534 compliance.
High-End Roofline Installed
To complete the installation, we added a black uPVC Deepflow guttering system to the roofline. This improves rainwater management and compliments the other roofline aesthetics giving the home superior roofwork built to last.
We completed a full hipped roof replacement with a modern high performance finish while preserving the home's traditional character, fitting in with the rest of the local area.
Tile Roof Replacement
The existing roof was fully stripped back to the original sarking boards, where we carried out a thorough brush-down and denailing to prepare the surface. We then installed 5U evaes protection for added durability and long term water resistance.
